STACKFORCE's core business focuses on the development and implementation of protocol stacks for various IoT use cases. Our stacks support modern wireless communication technologies like the well-proven wireless M-Bus protocol and the Low Power Wide Area Network technologies mioty®, LoRaWAN® and Sigfox. Our goal ist to support the optimal connectivity of your IoT network!

Our stack solutions can be integrated directly to your products, as components to already existing or new to establish wireless networks. For an easy integration into and operation of your network, we also offer some matching software solutions and some hardware and tools.

wM-Bus and OMS Logo

The wireless M-Bus Protocol Stack is compliant to the wireless M-Bus / OMS standard and additionally has professional support. It is optimized towards a compromise of small footprint, excellent modularity and scalability, combined with high functionality.

mioty Logo

The mioty® Protocol Stack is an extremly efficient and particularly robust and scalable solution for modern IoT connectivity. It implements the innovative technology of telegram splitting, setting new standards in the field of wireless data transmission.

LoRaWAN Logo

The Industrial LoRaWAN® Protocol Stack is a further development of the Open Source LoRaWAN® Stack. It is designed for high-performance industrial use in complex environments with high security requierements and at maximum performance.

Our Multi-Stacks offer the possibility to choose between several stacks and radio standards, such as mioty®, LoRaWAN®, wireless M-Bus, OMS, Sigfox and others. This flexible solution allows you to achieve maximum usability when you connect your product to the Internet of Things (IoT).

Single- or Multi-Stacks?

Our standard stacks are directly availabe protocol stacks - designed with one or more radio technologies for different platforms. We offer our standard stacks as Single-Stack, based on a single technology, or as Multi-Stack, where you can switch between a random number of radio standards. 1Pre-paid royalties
are limited (limitation of the address range) to the exact number of software copies ordered and a license fee for the whole number of copies has to be paid in advance to the delivery. To extend the number of copies purchased, a new order needs to be placed and paid.

2Post-paid royalties
are consisting of an upfront fee and a license fee for each copy of the software. The upfront fee is due in advance to the delivery, while the license fee requires an unsolicited quartlerly report about the number of units produced and equipped with the licensed software and has to be paid accordingly.

3One-off license
grants rights for unlimited copies by paying a one-time fee in advance to delivery of the software.

4Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL)
is needed in order to operate a protocol stack in conjunction with a certain hardware. The HAL consists of the necessary drivers and driver abstractions for a certain platform. When licensing a software, typically exact one HAL will be included. It is possible to extend the use of the software to other hardware as well by adding another HAL, usually rated to be 20 % of the overall license fee.
